RCPS Civil War History Travels to RCPS

A HistoryMobile guide (right, center) orients PVES teacher, Mrs. Melissa Fox (second from left), and her 5th graders prior to the start of the opening exhibit inside the traveling museum. In this room, the lights dimmed and through a multimedia light and sound show, they heard the “intensity, confusion, and suffering” of a soldier in the midst of conflict.

Read about the activities and see pictures from this event arranged by Beau Dickenson, RCPS Coordinator of Social Studies.
