Mission Statement

The Massanutten Technical Center Foundation, under the direction of its Executive Board, supports the mission of Massanutten Technical Center:

"Massanutten Technical Center will provide high school and adult students with the skills, knowledge, and industry-based experiences necessary to attain success in career and community."

MTC plays a vital role in the community that directly benefits area students, businesses, and citizens alike. Area businesses have access to economical, high quality training services for their employees and a steady supply of highly-skilled potential employees. With MTC in the community, adults can continue their education, and working men and women can acquire new skills that greatly enhance their career prospects. At MTC, high school students are prepared for a future of lifetime learning and career success.

What does your investment in Massanutten Technical Center mean to area students?

Your donation to the Massanutten Technical Center Foundation is used to provide scholarships to high school seniors who wish to continue their education at MTC. MTC Foundation funds are also used to provide information on the career and technical center to area students, parents, business leaders, and to those companies who are looking for potential employees. MTC donor funds also ensure our students have state-of-the-art equipment available to them in out labs.

Who oversees the operation of the Foundation and spending of funds collected?

The Massanutten Technical Center Foundation is directed by its Executive Board, comprised of area business and school leaders who donate their time and efforts to the success of Massanutten Technical Center.
