RCPS Welcomes Over 10,300 Students for 2000-2001
Robbie F., new kindergarten student at KES, climbs on board the bus for his first trip to school.
RCPS opened the 2000-2001 school year on August 24 with an enrollment of 10,362 students. There were 6,527 in grades K-7 and 3,835 in grades 8-12. This represents an increase of 80 students over the first day of school in 1999-2000.
