First RCPS ESD Share Fair

RCPS held the first Effective Schoolwide Discipline/Self-Determination (ESD) Share Fair on April 9, 2010. Each school provided a display highlighting its ESD program and SD activities. This is the sixth year of implementing positive behavior supports as a part of the educational program in our schools. The RCPS ESD motto is "We're all doing something different, but we're all doing something right!"

RCPS continues to be the only school division in the Commonwealth of Virginia with a division-wide ESD program.
