The counselors welcome parents to discuss their students, please call to schedule an appointment. Contact Ms. Sprinkel at ssprinkelWSPMS@rockingham.k12.va.us or Mrs. Holsinger-Thomas at lholsinger-thom@rockingham.k12.va.us or call the school office at 879-2535. There are other professionals at WSPMS (counselor, psychologist, speech pathologist, and social worker) who are available to provide special services to students.

Enrollment Information

New families need to pick up an enrollment packet and call to schedule an appointment to meet with the appropriate school counselor once they have the required information.

Documents REQUIRED at the time of enrollment:

1. Child's official birth certificate with state registration number;

2. Proof of Custody of child is required, if divorced, separated, adopted, or guardianship (legal papers with Notarized seal is needed);

3. Child's current immunization record (3 DTPs, 3 oral polio's, 2 MMRs and, for all grade levels, 3 hepatitis B shots and the Tdap booster shot if administered more then 5 years ago (see VDH Immunization Requirement Sheet in Enrollment packet)

4. Most recent report card indicating grade placement of child;

5. Proof of physical residency (deed or lease, cancelled mail, current and valid Virginia driver's license, rent receipt, utility bill, or receipt for utility deposit); if mailing address is Post Office Box, must have proof of physical residence;

6. Special Education (if applicable) - current IEP is needed;

7. Child's Social Security Number.
