Turner Ashby's ESL program is for students whose primary languages are not English, and whose limited linguistics skills prevent success in the regular English-speaking classroom. The first two levels will include systematic exposure to English grammar and syntax through the four sill areas of reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The second two levels, while refining grammatical skill, will include intensive training in reading and literary analysis, written composition, and public speaking.
