French Honor Society

The French Honor Society is for students who have been in regularly enrolled in French for at least three semesters, and have maintained at least a 92 average or better. The main purpose of the society is to recognize high achievement in foreign language classes and to promote continuity in interest in the French language and culture. Activities include a yearly school project, a yearly community project, field trips to places of cultural interest, and activities with other Spotswood High School clubs. There is a one time initiation fee of $10.00, and the student shall remain enrolled in the society through out their high school career, even if they are not currently enrolled in a French course.

Honorary Membership

Honorary memberships are granted to people in the school or community who have demonstrated an interest in the promotion of the Society. Honorary members are not required to pay dues to enter the society.
