Runion Creek School

The Runion Creek School was located north of Chimney Rock on the west side of the road leading into Runion Creek (currently Route 610). The land for the school was deeded to the Plains District School Board on September 16, 1911 by E. A. Hulva and wife. The school opened for the 1912-13 school session. The building was a one-room school building.
