ADJUSTMENTS IN ANNUAL CONTRACT SALARIES OF TEACHERS

WHEN ADDITIONAL ACADEMIC WORK IS COMPLETED

1. Teachers who complete academic requirements prior to the beginning of either semester of a school session may have their annual contract salaries adjusted to conform to the then-current teacher salary scale.

2. Salary adjustments may be made at the beginning of the first semester or at the beginning of second semester for the following educational supplements: Bachelors +15 semester hours; Masters, Masters +15 semester hours; and Doctorate.

3. An organized program to qualify for a salary improvement at the Masters +15 semester hours level of compensation may be satisfied by completion of 15 graduate semester hours of post masters' degree credit in an organized college or university program course of studies towards a Ed.D., Ed.S., or Ph.D. degree.
