Ms. Miller TLC Reading & Mrs. Ritter Title I Reading

Title I and TLC reading specialists meet all requirements for certification established by the Virginia Department of Edcuation.

In the primary and elementary grades, the instructional focus of Title I and TLC is to provide additional instruction for participating students in early literacy, reading and math remediation. This support helps children achieve Virginia's Standards of Learning (SOL) expectations for performance. They work closely with regular classroom teachers to provide extra help for eligible students.
