STUDENT CONDUCT The following rules have been made for the protection of each child in the school. The staff at Plains Elementary School strives to achieve an atmosphere where each student can learn to his/her full potential without distraction. We want to provide a safe, stimulating learning environment. It is recognized that students need freedom to grow. However, students must realize that freedom involves the rights of others. Deliberate student misconduct cannot be tolerated. The staff at Plains Elementary will make every effort to see that the rules are followed.
