Substitute Information

Qualifications for Substitute Employment

  • The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The applicant must possess good moral character.
  • The applicant for substitute teacher must possess a diploma for an accredited high school or a General Education Development Certificate.
Please Note

As a condition of substitute employment, all applicants shall attend one training/orientation session. Applicants must be pre-registered for this training and have completed application (Licensed) and paperwork on file in the Human Resources office prior to registration.
